Meet Our Therapists

Daisy Cortes

Jovina Herrara

Daisy understands that wellness blossoms in a lifestyle that is rooted in gratitude and connection to life. She received her training from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, and enjoys weaving together Swedish massage, reflexology, shiatsu, polarity therapy, and core synchronism. She holds space for her clients specific needs and intentions.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education and Promotion from the University of New Mexico in 2000. After working in the health and wellness industry in various capacities, I pursued a career in massage therapy in 2012.  I have worked in a multitude of atmospheres as a licensed massage therapist, to include but not limited to luxury spas, gyms, and my own private practice. My background as a group fitness instructor and community health educator has provided me with a well-rounded knowledge of health, anatomy and massage therapy. It has contributed to my specialty in working with athletes, rehab/ injury, and Ashiatsu barefoot therapy.

My goal is not only to create a positive change in people’s health , but also to educate and raise awareness about the importance of manual massage therapy. I believe in the body’s power to heal itself in its natural ways. Body, mind, spirit.
